English Language Arts

We use Benchmark Advance as our K–6 English Language Arts curriculum. This research-based, standards-aligned program provides:

  • Rigorous reading, writing, speaking, and listening instruction
  • Access to complex texts and vocabulary development
  • Integration of content knowledge from science and social studies
  • Scaffolded lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners

Teachers work closely with interventionists to provide targeted support and enrich core instruction. Benchmark Advance encourages collaboration, critical thinking, and meaningful engagement with texts.
